I have had been heard a lot of positive thing about the Nanyang Technological University(NTU)
students who are activies at deaf community and help at the Singapore association for the Deaf (http://www.sadeaf.org.sg) I think, In July 5 to 7, They have a events for climb the mountain and hike with deaf people and hearing students at North Malaysia. I cannot remember name of place, I will ask my friend later.

Last Thurday night, the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites us to pub club for meeting new deaf people by the NTU Students. I was surpised that NTU students are more encoursed to hearing or deaf people for doing explore the deaf and hearing community to be aware about deafness in Singapore, so my wife and I decided to go to pub in little india. We never went to pub club in Singapore and it is our first time.. I like to listen(feeling) the music and drink the beer. I met couples of Deaf singaporean people, they told me that USA is best life and good deaf program. I told them, yes, it is true. but they are weak moral culture and don't understand the varies of the culture. bcs of not explore the varies of the culture. Some of American people think, I am best bcs of money business and many reasons. bcs They are idotic. I told them that Singaporeans people have a good moral culture Because The Singapore is perfect spot for flying to asia coutries and go to Australia easier. The Singaporean people are a lot of aware for their four differents langauge: Chinese, tamil, Malaysia and English. But In singapore, Deaf people needs to be better human rights, and do not passive for our rights. Plus, Some of elder Singaporean people think that Deaf people who cannot speak, that mean, They think deaf people are mute and dumb. I think, they don't understand about deaf people community and embassment about their Sign Language; therefore, They are save their skins( not to be embassement) but A lot of Singaporean people uses Gesture a lot. That s part of visual language and body language. I hopeully, Those Younger Singaporean people do better treated to Deaf younger people in the future.
