This morning, I asked assistant Manager about deaf workers at Jurong Point Mcdonald.
Ken: Do this resturant allow to have a deaf workers?
Asst Manager: I go ask my boss.
Asst Manager: He said, Cannot to have a deaf worker( shake his head to say NO!)
Kenichi: I am an American and this resturant is from USA corp
Kenichi: I was doing to do application form three months ago, and I saw new workers! what s going on?
Asst Manager: I dont think can help you cos we really dont have training facitlites for you!(He begun to nervous to talk with me) he was explaining me that Actually last time a few years ago, we do have a till one time someone like you actually quarrell with some of customers.
Kenichi: Tha's sad to hear that. In USA, They are allowing to have deafies workers to work at Mcdonald. and show my IC singpaorean PR/show that I am an American.
Asst Manager: He seems started to get more nervous to talk with me. He realized that I am not happy to hear that. He decided to get e mail about Human Resource. The e mail address is HR@sg.mcd.com
I felt that they are sterotype to deafies people, and what if hearing Mcodonald worker got a bad mood to agurment with customer, so the manager got a fired a hearing person, even thought, The manager still hired to hearing person for new job. what is a their points? what do you think about this?
