I like him as a "down to the earth" Rogan is also a color commentator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is an avid practitioner of Yoga and holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Eddie Bravo and Jean Jacques Machado. I like Jean Machado a lot as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu...Jean is good friend of Dan Inosanto!

Matt Hamill vs Stephan Bonnar on April 2
in his website, Matt announced the following:
Hello everyone, Just an update on what's going on lately. I will be fighting Stephan Bonnar at UFC Fight Night on April 2, 2008. At this point an official venue hasn't been named, however I am very excited about this event. Stephan is one of the toughest guys in the division and he's a great test for me. I am learning everyday and I feel like I'm becoming a well rounded Mixed Martial Artist. I started my training camp this week and I can't wait to get back in the Octagon. As always, I promise to leave it all in the cage and fight my heart out!

Matt writes in his website;
Hello everyone, what a week... Today I was officially inducted into the RIT Sports Hall of Fame. It's an incredible honor and I would like to thank the faculty, staff, alumni and students who helped make it such a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Rob Grow and Ron Gross. Rob is the Hall of Fame Committee chair and Ron was my Wrestling coach while I was at RIT. I would also like to congratulate my fellow inductees. I am proud of my time at RIT/NTID and will forever cherish my college experience. RIT/NTID helped mold me into the man and athlete I am today.
I will be in New Jersey this weekend at UFC 78. I have a busy weekend ahead of me.
Friday 11/16, I will be at Hooters in Union NJ from 7-10pm. I will be signing autographs, taking pictures and enjoying some great food.
Saturday 11/17 will be the official unveiling of my new clothing line "Hammer Wear". Matt is in shock learning that he won't face Bisping this year...
here is the article written by Matt in his website
Wow! Let me just say... I am in shock. First, I get hosed by two judges in London and now the much anticipated rematch has evaporated in front of my eyes. I'm starting to feel like the deck is stacked against me. Duff, my trainer/manager told me he thought something like this would happen when he read Bisping's statement on the internet. He said it looked like Bisping was looking for a way out of the rematch. I posted a statement about my knee surgery on 9/25 so everyone would know it was minor, and I would be ready by mid December. I didn't think six weeks was that long of a wait, apparently, Bisping and the UFC did. I am so hungry to fight. I had surgery to add wrestling back to my arsenal. I fought Bisping's fight at UFC 75 and I was looking forward to fighting my fight in the rematch. I feel honored that so many people have told me I won the fight in London. It makes the decision easier for me to accept. I want to fight... I want to fight ASAP! Hopefully the UFC will schedule a fight for me soon. I would like to fight in December or January and hopefully Bisping after that... If Bisping has the guts to do it again.

The Second Amazing Race Asia Begins!
Singapore, 22 October 2007 - Get ready for some hot Thursday nights in... In front of the telly that is! Because The Amazing Race Asia 2 debuts on action and adventure channel, AXN on Thursday, 22 November 2007, 9pm (Sin/ Mal/Phil/Thai), 10pm (HK), 8pm (JKT). The producers of the show are promising a lot of heated action as 10 new teams race around the world in the brand new season.
AXN's biggest original production finally returns on TV screens. But this time, look out for even spicier drama. Allan Wu, host of The Amazing Race Asia even reveals that a fight almost broke out between him and a contestant.
"There's more driving in new environments, long-haul flights to catch, and even more challenging tasks in the new race. Tempers flared not only with me but with other contestants as well," adds Allan.
This explosive behavior is only the tip of the iceberg - viewers will get to see teams go head to head to beat the elimination mat from episode 1 to the finish line. These new contestants are not afraid to show their claws, especially when the bottom line is the US$100,000 cash prize!
The 10 teams - comprising 2 each from Hong Kong, Philippines and Malaysia, and 1 each from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan, will be thrown curveballs from the get-go. And this new race will see teams cover over 50,000km across 4 continents in just 24 days, as compared to 36,000km in 2 continents last season.
In addition, for the first time in The Amazing Race history, a hearing-impaired contestant Adrian Yap, 27, joins the race. He and teammate from Singapore also competes against the first Japanese team on the show. They will definitely provide many entertaining moments as with the other pairs who are TV hosts, childhood buddies, an ex-US Navy Chief and his housewife, and believe it or not, feuding roommates!
Be sure to tune in to AXN on 22 November @ 9pm (Sin, Mal, Phil, Thai), 10pm (HK), 8pm (JKT) for your Amazing Race fix!

Britain is set for the coldest January in 21 years with temperatures plummeting to -17C, Met men warned last night.
And they predicting chaos on the roads on Thurday with ice and snow, as temperatures stuggle to reach 2 oe 3 C.
Piers Corbyn of Weather Action said: "The winds from Siberia are going to make extremely cold- like we experinced in January 1987 where it was -12C in the south"
He warned temperatures could fall to -17C in Midlands. And he added:"The aveage temperate for Jan will be close to freezeing, 0.8C at best"
The Highways Agency has hundreds of gritting vehicles standing by for snow.
